3. Limited Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the School grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view digital materials for personal, non-commercial, and educational use only.

Under this license, you may not:

  5. Record, stream, or redistribute live cohort lectures or private Discord/community interactions without express written consent.

This license automatically terminates if you violate any of these restrictions and may be revoked by the School at any time. Upon termination, you must immediately delete or destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

4. Code of Conduct & Community Standards

The School strives to foster a respectful and intellectually rigorous environment.

  • You agree not to engage in misconduct, harassment, hate speech, spam, or disruptive behavior towards the School, its instructors, staff, or fellow students, whether in live sessions, discussion boards, or linked community platforms (e.g., Discord).
  • Any breach of community standards may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Services without refund.

5. Cancellations & Consumer Refund Rights

  • EU/UK Consumer Right of Withdrawal: If you reside in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. However, by acquiring immediate access to digital content or live streams, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
  • General Refund Policy: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific course enrollment page, all sales of digital courses and live cohort passes are final once access is granted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, graphics, logos, video recordings, and written materials hosted or provided by the School remain the exclusive property of Halkyon Academy or its content licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
